Author: Don’t like kitchen gadgets. Have a small kitchen with little room for extras. Don’t have, or care for, a microwave. Don’t need a toaster, or toaster oven.
Really only need the basics and a Kitchen Aid Mixer, Kitchen Aid food processor, an apple peeler hand-turn crank, and this wonderful immersion blender. This Braun immersion is a dream to use. So easy and fast and quiet. Doesn’t make a mess. Just mix up a pot of split pea soup and blend it down to just the consistency you like—right in the soup pot!!
All (but the motor section) just pops in the dishwasher. Also, have used the wire whisk that comes with it. I love this, have used it for two years, and highly recommend it.
